Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Domestic delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.
Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Packaging: All orders are lovingly packed using recycled and biodegradable materials.
Returns & Refunds
Return window: You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were received, with all original packaging.
How to return: Email us at kacem.flilou@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: Since each vintage piece is unique, direct exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us to discuss options.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
